A group of House Republicans is trying to gather signatures for a little-used procedural move that will force a vote on an amnesty deal for millions of Obama’s illegal alien DACA (Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals) recipients and their entire families.
What a relief! Conservative American voters were getting tired of all this winning and we were secretly hoping that Never-Trump Republicans could figure out a way to throw the 2018 midterms to the Democrats! Problem solved!
This complete and total betrayal of the conservative base and the Republican Party Platform is sure to relegate the GOP back to minority status where they are more comfortable.
Several House Republicans are too impatient to let the process play out and instead of allowing amnesty legislation to go through the committee process (whereby the American people always defeat it), they’re trying to gather enough signatures for a discharge petition.
This little-known procedure allows any House Member to gather signatures in support of legislation. Once they reach the magic number of 218 signatures – a majority of the House – the bill is “discharged” from committee and brought to the House floor for an immediate up or down vote.
All 193 Democrats are sure to sign the petition, meaning they only have to round up 25 self-loathing Republicans to drive a stake through the heart of the Trump presidency.
We thought that the American people were pretty clear in the 2016 election that we didn’t want any amnesty bills passed. As usual, the establishment is ready to brush us off and destroy America so GOP donors can have cheap maids and the Democrat Party can expand its voter rolls.
The DACA program is a complete and total fraud – and that’s according to the lead immigration fraud investigator at the Department of Homeland Security! He told Breitbart News that well over 50 percent of all DACA recipients lied on their applications. They claimed that they were brought here by their parents when they were just wee little tots. To prove this, they checked a box on a form.
But even a cursory investigation of DACA recipients uncovered that a majority of them simply lied. Yet because Obama didn’t ask for any background checks on illegal aliens when they signed up for DACA (why would they do that?), hundreds of thousands just showed up to take the deal. Incidentally, this is how all offers of any type of welfare for immigrants works.
Everyone in the media is lying to you about the DACA amnesty bill as well. The legislation has a “family unification” clause at the very end. Once amnesty is granted to a DACA recipient, none of their illegal alien relatives can be deported – ever. Even if every illegal alien family consisted of only two parents and one child, that means the amnesty extends to a bare minimum of NINE MILLION people.
In addition, the DACA recipients are not who the media keeps telling us they are. It’s true that about two-thirds of them are from Mexico, but did you know that the rest are from 148 different countries? If this bill passes, Congress will be granting citizenship to illegal aliens from Yemen, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Bahrain, Turkey, Serbia, Qatar, Mali, Kuwait, Iraq and Iran – and none of them have even been through a cursory background check!
Legal immigrants from Australia go through more rigorous checks than the DACA illegal aliens from terrorist hotbeds will have gone through, and they will be granted citizenship and voting rights (and the right to buy firearms).
Pushing this bill through for an immediate up-or-down vote, with no chance for it to even be amended, is so monumentally stupid that even House Speaker Paul Ryan is opposed to it. Have any of these RINOs even read the Republican Party Platform? We have. On the bottom of page 25, it has a bafflingly complicated statement which reads, “We oppose any form of amnesty.”
Granting a bounty of rights and privileges to the children of criminals is unprecedented when it comes to the rule of law. “It’s not their fault that they’re here, they were dragged here by their parents,” argue the amnesty supporters. So? Does the child of a bank robber get to keep the money? Please send us a list of all the other crimes, other than illegal immigration, for which the children of the criminals receive a massive consolation prize. We’ll wait.
In the meantime, patriots need to melt down the phone lines calling their Representatives and urging them to vote “No” on any amnesty deal for Obama’s DACA frauds (202-224-3121). They obviously missed the memo from the American people that we don’t want amnesty – not for the DACA signups and certainly not for their extended families.
