Trump: “Comey Based Clinton Exonoration on Poll Numbers”

James Comey has been in the news a lot lately, and he isn’t helping the Left to improve its reputation for being pathetic and dishonest. He’s got a new book out and it’s full of flaccid rumors and subjective impressions about the President.

In one passage, he went on at length about his impressions about Trump’s hair, skin color, and hand size. This paragraph has been given a lot of play on the Clinton News Network and MSDNC, but it hasn’t made much of an impression on anyone else.

His recent appearance in an interview on 20/20 with George Stephanopoulos hasn’t done much for his image as a milk-soft Democrat puppet of a former FBI director. The network took over five hours of tape from the interviews with the Comey family and edited it down to 50 minutes minus fifteen for commercials, and all they saved was a lot of whimpering about how much Trump’s being president hurts their feelings. This is what the anti-Trump left boils down to, and it is pitiable.

Among that 45 minutes of miserable whining, Comey sits down with Stephanopoulos to go over childhood photos. This is a former FBI director who has presided over the nation’s top law enforcement organization during one of the most infamous scandals of the century, and he’s showing off his photo album and weeping into Stephanopoulos’ crew neck sweatered shoulder.

In addition to going on about his very close observations of Trump’s physical characteristics, he shares more of this with Stephanopoulos on prime time television. It is absolutely pathetic.

Comey whines about how disappointed he and his wife and daughters were that Hillary Clinton wasn’t elected the first woman president. He didn’t seem very concerned about Hillary’s eagerness to get her hands on the nuclear arsenal and use it against the Russians. But he did think that it was especially impressive that his wife and daughters participated in the women’s march and wore genitalia-themed headgear in public.

Mrs. Comey said that she and a lot of her friends actually worked for the Clinton campaign, “and were really devastated when she lost.” It’s interesting that the head of the FBI’s spouse is legally permitted to work for the campaign of a presidential candidate, it isn’t as if there are huge conflicts of interest involved in that sort of thing.

Hmm, now that we mention it, this is probably a pretty big deal- especially considering the fact that Comey exonerated Clinton over the email scandal that involved the loss of thousands of classified documents due to Hillary’s gross criminal negligence. In fact, Trump made this tweet recently:

This is, most likely, Trump’s reaction to the ABC News Interview after it aired on Sunday night. Comey was criticizing Trump nonstop during the interview, a fact that you would think would make him realize that Trump would be watching- in which case you would think that Comey would be a little more careful about what he said.

Trump is presumably referring to Sen. Charles E. Grassley, when he writes “Senator G,” in reference to the corrected testimony that Comey gave to the Senate Judiciary Committee. The FBI sent Comey’s letter to Grassley on the same day Comey was fired from his position as director of the FBI.

President Trump also makes reference to Andrew McCabe, the former Deputy Director of the FBI, who was fired from his post in March. According to a report from the inspector general of the Department of Justice, which was released last week, McCabe leaked information about the FBI’s investigation into the Clinton email case. It also shows that McCabe intentionally misled investigators working on that case.

It’s interesting that, as much as Comey was clearly itching to damage Trump’s image with the interview, he still couldn’t say that he knew for sure that Trump had actually colluded with Russians. After all this time, if the still persistent lack of evidence in the Russian collusion case doesn’t put your suspicions to bed, well- you’ve been watching too much TV news.

After all this, we can tell you one thing with certainty, if a former FBI director, who was involved in an investigation of national relevance goes on national television and talks about his feelings and the size of a president’s hands, you can bet the farm that he’s hiding something.
