The British tabloid newspapers are running a salacious new story about Martin Luther King in an attempt to smear another important historical figure in the name of #MeToo and PROGRESS. In this new “revelation,” the Rev. King watched a fellow pastor rape a church parishioner, and then laughed and gave encouraging tips to his friend on how to rape the victim.
This news is so fake that you almost expect the punchline to be, “and it was on the same bed that Michelle and Barack slept in!” It’s amazing to watch such slipshod journalism being treated seriously, even by people who knew that the Trump-Russia potty dossier was fake.
Martin Luther King is an important historical figure and his legacy used to be really important to millions of Americans , well it was before liberals adopted identity politics. Talk to any Baby Boomer for over five minutes and they will claim that they personally marched with MLK in some town in the South (even if King died before they were born).
There’s a reason why King’s legacy is being falsely smeared at this moment in history.
This “news” story should not even be on the news, because it is based on hearsay, and because it is being reported in the typical upside-down style of British journalism. In British journalism, you get the most salacious accusation presented in the headline as a fact. It’s only when you read far down the page of these new “revelations” about Dr. King when you realize that this is all hearsay based on the word of a disgraced historian who is only admired by people who listen to National Public Radio.
This is the Russian pee tape all over again. It doesn’t exist – but it’s the headline!
The historian claims that he heard the secret MLK rape tape in secret FBI files. Uh huh. No one else has heard the rape tape, just the historian. But the fake news media is now rushing to report on the hearsay allegations of this lone historian. We’re just supposed to accept his word for it, along with the breathless #MeToo revolutionaries who want to destroy America.
The reason why leftists lie about revered historical figures is because it is effective. If they repeat the lie often enough, people will believe it.
True or False: Thomas Jefferson fathered several children with one of his female slaves? This is categorically false. In fact, it’s been scientifically proven to be a false claim, with five separate DNA tests as actual evidence. Yet a majority of Americans believe it to be true, because we’ve heard the lie repeated so many times.
True or False: Brigadier General Nguyen Ngoc Loan – a South Vietnamese officer and ally of the US during the war – executed an innocent civilian on camera in front of an AP photographer? This is totally false. You’ve seen the famous Pulitzer-winning photograph, and your history teacher probably told you that the photo is evidence of atrocities and war crimes committed by American soldiers and our allies in Vietman.
What you don’t see in that photograph is the pile of bodies – a woman, her six children, and their 80-year-old grandmother – who had just been mass-murdered by the “innocent civilian,” who was righteously put down by General Loan.
The list could go on and on. Christopher Columbus caused genocide. Donald Trump colluded with Russia. MLK was the Harvey Weinstein of the Civil Rights movement. JFK handled the Bay of Pigs incident really well. The women on “The View” are attractive and interesting. All lies.
Why? Why destroy the reputation of Martin Luther King now?
Because the revolution demands that all of the heroes of the past must be erased. As long as the people of a nation have heroes in their past that unite them as a nation, you cannot overthrow or destroy that nation.
Patriots will always remember their heroes, because the heroes are the ones who helped forge the nation in the first place. The heroes are the ones who bind us together as a people. Without them, the glue that holds us together as Americans is gone.
Whether you love or hate Martin Luther King, or feel indifferent about him, he is still a hero from America’s past. The revolutionary SJWs who want to destroy America are already tearing down our statues of our Civil War heroes.
Thomas Jefferson’s name is being removed from monuments and statues of him are being removed from universities. Students at George Washington University want to cover up a mural of the first president. And now they’re coming for MLK. It all makes sense when you see it in perspective.
