A Bush-appointed federal judge has “ruled” that the Trump administration must restart an Obama executive order amnesty that was so unconstitutional that even Obama himself declared it to be illegal and undemocratic. Judge John Bates ordered that the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which started as a Democrat vote-buying scheme in 2012, has to be fully reopened for business.
This is further proof that President Trump needs to crush the federal judiciary under his red, white and blue bootheels by appointing only the most ideologically pure, constitutionally wise and far-right leaning conservative activist nominees possible.
The DACA fraud concerns illegal aliens who have the gumption to check a box on a form claiming that they were brought to America as children. They don’t have to prove this assertion or provide any proof to the government – they just have to check a box and then they get a work permit and a Get Out of Deportation Free card.
The fine print on this joke against America is that if any one of these illegal alien frauds is ever granted citizenship, he gets to bring 30 of his relatives in under chain migration, and they will all vote for the Democrats in perpetuity.
This is an idea that is so unpopular with Americans, by the way, that the Democrats could never get it passed into legislation when they held control of the House and Senate.
We can just assume at this point that nearly every judge appointed by George W. Bush and Barack Obama between 2001 and 2016 is an open borders nut. Judge Bates stated in his ruling that the Trump administration did not “provide justification” for ending the DACA program. How about the justification that he is the President of the United States and that it’s his duty to execute the laws – as passed by Congress?
Here was Obama’s justification for starting the DACA program, which has shielded 1.5 million illegal aliens from deportation and given them work permits, so they can steal jobs from Americans. In 2010, Obama stated, “I am not a king. I can’t do these things just by myself.” In 2011, Obama said, “With respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case.” Also, in 2011, Obama presented the nuanced justification that, “I can’t just bypass Congress and change the immigration law myself. That’s not how a democracy works.”
After laying out the argument that it would be undemocratic, unconstitutional, illegal and the tyrannical action of a king to grant de facto amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, Obama signed his DACA executive order in June of 2012, right as he was about to wrap up the nomination for his reelection campaign. It was a massive vote-buying scheme for Hispanics and it worked like a charm – for that purpose.
Judge John Bates looked at the words of two presidential administrations on why the program was unconstitutional and illegal, and decided on his own that Trump has to uphold Obama’s illegal order. This is why President Trump and Mitch McConnell need to continue crushing the judiciary with conservatism.
Former President Bush appointed some terrible judges to the federal bench, but Obama cranked the dial up to eleven. And while the Democrats held a slight majority in the Senate through 2014, they were sure to install as many of Obama’s lunatics to the bench as possible.
Obama made it a point not to nominate potential judges based on their judicial knowledge or track record. Instead, he appointed judges based on their adherence to feminist theory, crackpot minority racism and sexual preferences that are so weird they cannot even be mentioned on television. Anthony Kennedy may have been known as the swing vote on the US Supreme Court, but Obama’s appointee Elena Kagan is still known as the swinging vote.
Obama started out by appointing judicial nominees who had little to no court experience. This is sort of like showing a fast food trainee the power switch to the soft drink machine and then appointing them to be the restaurant manager. Liberalism in action!
When Republicans blocked some of those nominees, former Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) changed the Senate rules so they could ram liberal justices onto the bench at their leisure. This is a decision Democrats are regretting today, but oh well, new rules – enjoy them!

When a Democrat is in the White House, liberals insist on a litmus test for all federal judicial nominees, by which they must swear undying fealty to the most kooky, anti-American policies imaginable. Abortion, check. Gay marriage, check. Total gun confiscation, check. Zero parental rights, check. Cow farts cause the climate to get hotter, check. The Democrats call it their “Wise Latina” checklist.
But when a Republican is in the White House, Democrats insist that judicial litmus tests are unconstitutional. That way, a Republican president is only allowed to nominate the most squishy, non-ideological, mysterious nominees who could go either way on any issue. This is how we end up with a Judge John Bates determining that the unconstitutional DACA must be restarted, or a Supreme Court Justice John Roberts determining that Obamacare is a “tax” and therefore “legal.”
The Republican-led Senate and President Trump need to just continue playing by the Democrats’ rules now. Establish our own hardcore conservative litmus test and then ram those far-right judges through on an assembly line.
