Hawaiian Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has thrown her hat in the ring for the 2020 presidential election. Her fledgling campaign has barely gotten off the ground and the Deep State is already moving to destroy her with a false flag that should sound familiar to our regular readers. RUSSIA is backing Tulsi Gabbard for President!
That’s too bad for the Democrat Party, because Tulsi Gabbard might actually be the last remaining Democrat who is willing to put the brakes on the Crazy Train and prevent their party from ending up on the ash heap of history. Why? Because Gabbard is kinda halfway normal.
Almost immediately after Gabbard announced her candidacy, NBC News reported on a big “scoop” that the Russians are all-in for Tulsi Gabbard 2020. No one at NBC News thought that this was weird. Don’t the Russians already have their favorite candidate ever in the White House, NBC?
NBC News asked a cybersecurity expert from New Knowledge to fill people in on the Russia-Gabbard collusion. That was it. Their proof that the Russians are supporting Gabbard was the cybersecurity firm New Knowledge.
If New Knowledge sounds vaguely familiar, that’s because we were just talking about them a few weeks ago when it was revealed that the co-founder of Microsoft funded a totally-fake Russian bot campaign in 2018 to derail Judge Roy Moore’s campaign for Alabama Senate… using the cybersecurity firm known as New Knowledge.
So, the same firm that has already been caught red-handed fabricating “Russian” Twitter and Facebook accounts to attack one candidate… is NBC News’ expert that “found” these new Tulsi Gabbard “Russian” supporters. The Deep State is already meddling in the 2020 election and it’s barely even begun.
Here’s a word of caution before we get into why the Deep State hates Tulsi Gabbard so much. This is absolutely NOT an endorsement of Tulsi Gabbard in any way, shape or form. She would be a terrible president compared to Maximus Trump and she holds awful positions on some issues.
She just happens to have some positive qualities and holds some positions that are appealing to a lot of real American voters. Unlike most Democrats, she’d probably be interesting to have a conversation with – because she’s not completely crazy. But the Deep State can’t abide a candidate who might not be completely opposed to America, so they feel they must destroy her.
Gabbard deserves huge props for her service in the US Army. She spent a year in Iraq in a combat zone as part of a medical unit. She gave up her seat in the Hawaii legislature to go do that in 2004. And when she got back, she didn’t toss her medals over a fence or stab her fellow troops in the back like John Kerry.
She’s done a lot of good work for military veterans and wounded vets, and actually got several pieces of pro-veteran legislation passed through the Republican-led Congress when Obama was president.
Her dad runs a political action committee called the Alliance for Traditional Marriage, a group that advocates for traditional one-man, one-woman marriage. It also seeks to ban fake marriages that the Democrats want everyone else to accept, such as man-man, woman-woman, man-tree, woman-dolphin and other nutty combinations. Gabbard has spent time working for her dad’s PAC, so the far left portrays her as “homophobic.”
The real reason why the Deep State hates her though, in our opinion, is that she shares Donald Trump’s sentiments when it comes to the US military. She doesn’t believe that the troops should be frivolously tossed into any Third World meat grinder that comes along, just so mega-donors like Boeing can get rich.
Gabbard’s biggest sin of all, however, and the one which earned her the undying hatred of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, was a bill that she introduced during Obama’s last year in office. It was a bill that would prohibit the US government from spending funds to support Al Qaeda, ISIS, or nations that support them directly or indirectly.
The average person on the street won’t even believe you if you try to tell them how many billions of dollars Obama and Hillary directed to Islamic terrorist groups – usually through Barack’s brother Roy Obama, who was the chief financial officer for the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood. (Nice going in Egypt, Libya, Mali, Sudan, Centrafique, Yemen and Syria, Roy! Those worked out really well.) But Tulsi Gabbard understands it.
When she introduced her Hey-Maybe-Obama-Shouldn’t-Give-Taxpayer-Money-to-Al-Qaeda bill, Gabbard stated, “If you or I gave money, weapons or support to al-Qaeda or ISIS, we would be thrown in jail. Yet the U.S. government has been violating this law for years, quietly supporting allies and partners of al-Qaeda, ISIL and other terrorist groups with money, weapons and intelligence support, in their fight to overthrow the Syrian government.”
In other words, Tulsi Gabbard is actually more conservative than Mitt Romney, Ben Sasse, Lindsey Graham, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski and current House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy. She even supports religious liberty and has called her own party out for opposing President Trump’s judicial nominees on the basis of their Protestantism or Catholicism.
On the negative side, she supports the Democrats’ unworkable and loopy “Medicare for All.” She’s also a greenie weather cultist and will probably end up supporting the Ocasio-Cortez wreck-the-economy Green New Deal. Plus, Gabbard is a Hindu, so she’s pro-abortion and doesn’t believe in any moral difference between good and evil. That would be pretty weird to have in the Oval Office.
The bottom line is that Tulsi Gabbard is not colluding with Russia any more than Donald Trump did in 2016 – which is to say, NBC News’ story is totally fake news. Gabbard is remarkably centrist on a lot of issues, much like Tucker Carlson or the late radio host Paul Harvey.
The only reason she sounds kind of like a “right-winger” to many of her critics is because the Democrat Party has moved so far to the left that it’s not even sure how many pronouns there are.
Don’t fall for the fake news that Tulsi Gabbard is supported by Russia. This is more Deep State collusion to destroy a candidate who would actually be on America’s side on some issues. We didn’t support it when they did it to Roy Moore or Donald Trump, and we don’t support them doing it to someone on the other side.
