The Democrat Party has told the Supreme Court that they won’t be able to impeach Donald Trump again this year unless the court grants them access to the secret grand jury information from the Great Mueller Witch Hunt. Isn’t there an old saying that the definition of insanity is impeaching someone over and over again while expecting a different result?
This admission from the Democrats just happened on Monday, so it’s not like this is speculation. They’re really planning to impeach him again before the election.
Isn’t it hilarious that the Democrats are resigned to the fact that they’re going to get shellacked in the November elections? They’ve pretty much given up on Sleepy Joe’s No Malarkey Basement Campaign of 2020 and are charging ahead on how to prevent Trump from effectively governing America for four more years. Sorry, Joe! You probably shouldn’t have allegedly cornered Tara Reade in that darkened Senate hallway all those years ago. Your sins have caught up with you.
The Democrats are suing the Department of Justice in the Supreme Court because Attorney General Bill Barr has upheld the law on keeping grand jury proceedings secret from the public. There are good reasons why grand jury proceedings are kept secret. Mob bosses, drug cartel members, serial killers and rogue IRS agents are not the sort of people you want to know your identity if you are ever forced to serve on a grand jury.
Likewise, you protect the grand jury proceedings so that the media cannot tarnish a case or ruin the lives of the jury members if they make a decision that is unpopular with one political party, such as refusing to indict anyone for Russian collusion.
That is the real reason why the House Judiciary Committee has always wanted the Mueller Witch Hunt’s grand jury details. They don’t care about the details Mueller’s fake case; they want to know who was on the jury. More on this in a moment.
In the court filing on Monday, the lawyers for the Democrats’ New York Track & Field Champion Rep. Jerrold Nadler told the Supreme Court that they want “disclosure to the House Committee on the Judiciary of a limited set of grand-jury materials for use in the Committee’s ongoing Presidential impeachment investigation.”
Say what?!
You would have thought that running into the Murder Turtle’s brick wall in the Senate once was enough of a lesson for the Democrats. It was a lesson that said, “Don’t bring your fake impeachment trial around here because we will drop it faster than a Stacey Abrams porn novel.”
But the Democrats didn’t learn that lesson. They want to impeach Trump again and they want to do it right now, before it’s too late. They’re all but conceding the 2020 elections to the Republicans and to Trump in this filing.
But it’s also creepy that they are demanding grand jury information, under the pretense that maybe Mueller and his squad of Hillary loving prosecutors left some stone unturned which is the real key to Russian collusion.

If the Supreme Court agrees to release secret grand jury proceedings to the House Democrats – overturning jury protections that have been in place for decades to keep the Mafia from murdering jury members – here’s how it will play out.
First, the Democrats’ impeachment squad would immediately leak the identities of all the grand jury members to the media. Whoops! Democrats are too lazy to do any dirt-digging on their own, so they’ll leave that task to their lackeys in the press.
The press will do a deep dive into the identities of every single person on the Mueller grand jury and will make those details public. Did a jury member ever tweet a picture of herself in a MAGA hat? Does a jury member go to church? Are they a Bible thumper?! Any gun owners or Second Amendment types on the grand jury? Any registered Republicans?
Anything that the media can latch onto to call the jury’s motivations into question will be used to relaunch Impeachment 2.0. They might even use it as grounds to throw Mueller’s team under the bus and try again with a whole new years-long Russian collusion investigation – although that will probably be a tough sell with Attorney General Bill Barr.
If the Democrats get their way, they will destroy the lives of those 12 grand jury members for the “crime” of being smart enough to determine that there was no Russian collusion and no obstruction of justice. Those citizens’ lives will be ruined because they didn’t play along with the Russian collusion charade.
Hopefully, it will also be a tough sell with the Supreme Court. Grand jury proceedings are not kept secret to protect the government or the Deep State. They’re kept secret to protect the citizens who serve on jury duty. And we should hope that the Supreme Court will remember that.
