Do We Really Need to Worry About Islam?

“But the Mohammaden religion increases, instead of lessening, the fury of intolerance. It was originally propagated by the sword, and ever since its votaries have been subject, above all the peoples of all other creeds, to this form of madness.”

Winston Churchill wrote this in a book, The Story of Makaland Field Force, a chilling forewarning to the world that Islam was not just another religion. Even with his limited exposure, Churchill recognized the lunacy that drives this belief.

Soon after the United States was established, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams called on the ambassador of Tripoli, a believer in Islam. They visited with the man in an effort to end the piracy occurring along the Barbary Coast area. To Jefferson’s surprise, the ambassador told them, “It was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners”.

After hearing what the ambassador said, Jefferson fought and defeated the Muslim pirates himself.

Troubles with Islam have plagued the United States since the establishment of the country.

Fast forward 200 years and the world has been overwhelmed by this sickness. The media has not done its job, refusing to report the majority of terrorist attacks. Liberal stations do not believe there is a problem. Couple their lack of belief with an administration with its collective head in the ground and we see the beginnings of a wave of political correctness flooding all reason and sensibility.

The media does not report these attacks but will condemn anybody that speaks out against Islam, condemning them as racist. It is like not wanting to pull back the curtain in the Wizard of Oz. If they would, the outcry would demand action.

We know this ideology comes from the Quaran, but does it really promote this state of toxic thinking? In the Quaran’s Sura (chapter) 47, verse 4:

“So when you meet those who disbelieve, smite at their necks until when you have killed many of them, then bind a bond firmly. Thereafter, either for generosity, or ransom, until the war lays down its burden. Thus you are ordered by Allah to continue in carrying out Jihad against the disbelievers until they embrace Islam…”

This is their religion. This is what their God has told them to do. Is it any wonder that Muslims’ are incapable in the negotiation of peace? So, is there a problem with Islam? Yes, there is. And it grows bigger each day unchecked.

That no international group of countries has banded together to eradicate the Jihadists from this earth is maddening and mystifying. The Muslims have brought an extraordinary amount of terror and death upon the planet. Yet, the world can’t find a way to rally together?

Liberals argue that these are just words. Because if this type of activity was really happening, the West would surely put an end to it, right? The website religionofpeace.com reports that 27,603 separate incidents of terrorism have occurred since 9/11.

Why do the nations only respond after a catastrophe has taken place? Is the United States waiting for another 9/11 before we pull out all the stops and end these fanatics? What more needs to happen in order for America to wake up and see that our way of life is under tremendous peril?

The Obama presidency has a chance to make this nation as great as it was prior to his election. Doing whatever it took to eradicate the Jihadists would go a long way in doing that. If his previous record of protecting the American people is any example, then chances of him doing this are slim and none. And slim just left town. Is this a problem? Yes, yes, it is.
