DOJ Is Still Corrupt and Targeting Republicans

Republicans hold the House, Senate and Presidency. You might think this is a good time to be a conservative. Somehow, the sycophants of the left (AKA mainstream media) have managed to deprive us of the enjoyment we should have in the face of so many legislative and policy victories.

America is in the best shape we’ve seen in decades — maybe ever. Instead of riding that wave of success, the true evil of the left is emerging en masse. They’re actively working to corrupt and subvert everything that is going right. They would rather see America burn than succeed under conservative leadership, and that has never been more clear than when you look at left-led corruption in the DOJ.

Let’s start with Peter Strzok. The depth of his bias was revealed over a year ago. We know that he was a partisan actor within the FBI and that his position was abused to help Democrats and attack Republicans. It seems as though the extent of his corruption grows by the day.

We now know that he was the single actor who decided what to do with the Hillary Clinton investigation. He is why she is still free, and he is one of the root sources of the current witch hunt against Trump. All of this is solidly proven by the fact that a still corrupt DOJ fired him on grounds of corruption. That’s like being sent to the gulag by Stalin for being too communist.

Frustratingly, the Democrats have adapted swiftly. They’ve lost Strzok and a number of other big players who were able to do their dirty work. The new method of attacking the right is craftier. Now, they’re simply delaying criminal charges or reviving old charges with impeccable timing. The best example to understand the practice is with California Representative Duncan Hunter.

If you catch mainstream headlines, you’ve seen a bunch of stuff that suggests Hunter was grotesquely abusing campaign funds. If there was any truth to those headlines, you’d be right to agree. Here’s the thing. Hunter and his campaign were charged with campaign finance violation. The actual reports show that it was the typical thing that happens in large campaigns. Some spending wasn’t documented correctly and it resulted in an infraction. Hunter was fined; he paid the fine; and that was the end of it. Until he won the Republican primary this year. At that point, a prosecutor and U.S. Attorney reopened the case to gather “new” evidence. They had Hunters home and office searched, and they are working on a new legal battle.

There are a few things you need to understand about all of this. First, there has been no new evidence filed in the last nine months. If the prosecuting team has anything, they sat on it until after the primaries. It’s not a coincidence.

Additionally, the two main actors involved are deep Hillary Clinton supporters. In fact, right before the search and seizure was issued, they were both seen attending a Clinton fundraiser. They are exhibiting the same bias we saw with Strzok, and it’s all focused on altering public opinion right before an election. By the way, all of this is clearly illegal.

If it was just one Representative who might be guilty of a real crime, it wouldn’t be a big deal. Instead, this is a growing strategy from the left. Another high-profile case was with the notorious sheriff Joe Arpaio. He had won his county for six straight elections. Then, in 2016, he was charged with contempt of court right before the polls opened. He lost the election. Here’s the best part: the contempt charges were from a court case in 2013.

Another good example is with Chris Collins. He’s currently a Congressman for New York. He’s also facing a legal battle over insider trading. Now, hearing that a prominent New Yorker broke trade laws is nothing new. This case is different for a specific reason: Collins clearly isn’t guilty.

It goes like this. Collins sits on the board of a pharmaceutical company. They had a major drug trial go belly up, and it hurt their stock value. That’s a prime opportunity for people in the know to ditch their stock before it drops.

The thing is, Collins didn’t sell a single share. He ate his losses just like the law requires. To prove it, he publicly released financial documents that show he didn’t commit insider trading. Despite that, the unbiased (note the sarcasm) New York prosecutors brought the charges at the exact time he was planning to start his re-election bid.

The last case we’ll look at today is with Ted Stevens. The late Congressman for Alaska was accused of receiving bribes from oil companies. He was convicted right before his last re-election bid. The conviction was overturned before he was even sentenced. Why was it overturned? A whistleblower prompted a probe that found gross misconduct in the prosecution. They withheld exculpatory evidence that was ultimately used to prove his innocence.

This is far from a total list of times the left has abused the justice system for political targeting. It just includes some of the most prominent examples.

The truth is that they have been perfectly willing to use any and all means to try and hold power. They do not care about rule of law, morality, common decency or the very Constitution of our country. They have an agenda that they believe will grant them power, and they will do anything to pursue it. They have corrupted every level of our government, and they are a continuous threat to the wellbeing of our country.

We cannot mince words. We cannot shy away from the threat. Instead of never Trump, every American with a shred of decency needs to unite under the banner of “never Left.”
