We’re starting to think that certain members of the media don’t like white men, especially the American kind. You know we’ve turned a strange corner when a Supreme Court nomination can be derailed for the crimes of “being white” and “make flatulence jokes in a high school yearbook.” Those are barely misdemeanors!
The problem is that while the media is demonizing the men of one race, there are a ton of big, nationwide coverage-worthy stories out that there that are not being covered. Here are some major stories the media has ignored while reassuring us that Brett Kavanaugh’s toxic white male privilege is the worst thing ever. See if you notice a pattern in these stories.
“Area Man” Arrested with Trunk Full of Roadside Bombs
Police in Brea, California pulled over “Area Man’s” black Toyota Corolla the other day. He was acting a little hinky, so they searched the car and discovered several shrapnel-filled “improvised explosive devices” (IEDs, for those who have heard of a place called Iraq).
Police have not released any of the body-cam footage of the arrest, which is too bad. We were really curious to see if “Area Man” tried to convince the officers that the devices were clocks that his son made for a school project. “Area Man’s” bail has been set at $500,000 and his name has been released: Saleh Ali. His motive for driving around with a trunk full of bombs is a total mystery.
Those Dreamers Are Amazing Kids! – Serial Killer Edition
Los Angeles Police have arrested an illegal alien who was deported seven times previously. Ramon Escobar, who is definitely not a white male, is charged with brutally beating and ultimately killing at least three people with a baseball bat. Escobar is also suspected in several other beating deaths in the Los Angeles area. He mainly targeted hoboes and the cops took a baseball bat and some other objects into evidence when they arrested him.
Escobar’s parents vanished in Texas back in August, so authorities think that he offed them as well, before setting off to make his dreams come true in Hollywood. As mentioned, he’s been deported seven times previously. Mentions of this major serial killer in the mainstream media: Zero.
Murder at the Civil Rights Museum
The President of the Memphis Chamber of Commerce was gunned down on the front steps of the National Civil Rights Museum last Thursday. Talk about handing the media and the Democrats a campaign issue for November! Chamber President Phil Trenary had just left a restaurant and was walking past the museum when a white Ford truck pulled up. The gunman shot him down and fled the scene.
A gun violence story in front of the Civil Rights Museum? Are you kidding? The campaign ads for the Democrats would practically write themselves on this story. Why aren’t they covering this story? Oh, dear. The suspect is described as a black male with dreadlocks. Never mind. Move along. Nothing to see here.
Doing the Jobs Americans Won’t Do
An illegal alien from Mexico was arrested after a deadly attack against his co-workers on a Virginia fishing vessel. Well, 27-year-old Franklin Freddy Meave Vazquez used to be an illegal alien and he was under a deportation order, until he applied for DACA status from the Obama administration. So, now he’s technically a “Dreamer.”
Vazquez was arrested back in March for the crime of “abduction by force,” but released on bail. He disappeared, of course, and was working on a fishing vessel last month. That’s when he picked up a hammer in one hand and a knife in the other and started attacking his crewmates.
When the attack was over, one person was dead, and a couple of others were severely injured. A passing cruise ship had to rescue the remaining crew members. Vazquez was released on bail AGAIN, despite objections from ICE. Where is he now? No one knows. He’s probably in DC protesting the Kavanaugh nomination.
Any one of these stories could have been the lead item on a mainstream newscast. But that would be assuming that the media is interested in covering “news.” They’re not. They’re too busy carrying the water for the DNC and setting the narrative that all white men are evil.
