Liberal Media Hiding President Trump’s Biggest Successes from American People

At the beginning of the month, CNN refused to air an ad from Trump supporters that touted his accomplishments since entering office. While the mainstream media’s (MSM) never ending mantra about supposed Russian influence continues its purposeful silence about the President’s positive moves is what’s most troubling.

The ad says that “America has rarely seen such success”, offers a long list of Trump’s actions in the first 100 days of his presidency, and concludes with “You wouldn’t know it from watching the news. America is winning, and President Trump is making America great again.” The faces of Andrea Mitchell (NBC), Wolf Blitzer (CNN), Rachel Maddow ( MSNBC), George Stephanopoulos (ABC), and Scott Pelley (CBS) are shown onscreen behind the phrase “fake news.”

CNN gave its reason for rejecting the ad in a tweet by protesting, “The mainstream media is not fake news, and therefore the ad is false and per policy will be accepted only if that graphic is deleted.”

Michael Glassner, executive director of Trump’s campaign said that “CNN is trying to silence our voice and censor our free speech” because it doesn’t fit the network’s narrative.

But the real act of fake news may well be what CNN and others are not reporting more than what they are. Michael Glassner, executive director of Trump’s campaign said that “CNN is trying to silence our voice and censor our free speech” because it doesn’t fit the network’s narrative. Perhaps the more insidious narrative is that Russia-gate is real and Trump’s accomplishments are not.

To counter the MSM’s conspiracy of silence the Trump administration issued a press release that chronicles just how much it has accomplished in its first three months. It shows that President Trump has been quite busy and worked overtime in spite of the constant assault on his presidency.

Trump and his team have focused their attention on three main areas:

  • President Trump has signed 13 Congressional Review Act (CRA’s) resolutions over the first 100 days, more than any President before him.
  • During his first 100 days in office, President Trump signed 30 executive orders, more than any other President ever.
  • No president has signed more new laws (28) in his first hundred days except for Harry Truman. Compare that to 11 during Obama’s first months in office.

While most Democrats and even some Republicans may not be cheering, President Trump’s greatest accomplishments can be seen in what he had the power to do himself without waiting on a hesitant Congress. As promised during the campaign President Trump signed a record number of executive orders, not to create new laws out of nothing but to undo the effects of eight years of presidential overreach by Barack Obama.

Whether they agree with the decisions or not even sources like Time Magazine can’t deny how monumental President Trump’s first acts as president are. Those include:

Appointing Neil Gorsuch as Supreme Court Justice

49-year-old Gorsuch can now fill the shoes of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia who died in early 2016. Just two weeks into his presidency, Trump chose the Colorado federal judge and helped ensure a conservative majority on the court that could last for decades.

Now that Republicans returned the Senate to a simple majority voting rule, Trump is likely to see future Supreme Court nominations an easier task.

Withdrawing from the Trans-Pacific Partnership

While Hillary was first for it and then against it, Trump held to his “America First” campaign promise and put a dent in globalists’ agenda on both side of the aisle. On just his third day in office, Trump signed an executive order withdrawing the U.S. from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Congress had yet to ratify the trade deal, and Hillary Clinton came to criticize it, but President Trump did something about it. His move signals a major shite in how the United States will approach global economics in the near future.

It looks like the inroads that NAFTA and other such acts have made into the American economy may be on their way to repair or repeal as well.

Dismantling Obama-Era Regulations

Trump criticized federal regulations during his campaign and has methodically rolled back many Obama-era regulations since taking office.

The beauty of this internet era is that the MSM doesn’t hold all the cards when it comes to telling the rest of the story.

While the mainstream media hides President Trump’s greatest achievements from the American people to fit their narrative of him being bad for our country, news sources like American Liberty Report will continue to root out the truth and present you with all the information possible.
