As we all know, Vladimir Putin’s Russian bots stole the election from our rightful queen Crooked Hillary and gave the presidency to Donald Trump. To counteract the Russian bots, the Clinton campaign chiefs at Google and Facebook are now offering “fact checks” for all news sources – especially those awful conservative ones. As Walter Cronkite once said, “The only bias possible in journalism is conservative bias.”
We googled ourselves here at American Liberty Report and the results were hilarious.
According to our fact check from Google: “American Liberty Report is a news and opinion website that has a right-wing bias in reporting. Most articles favor the right and are anti-left… We could not find any failed fact checks, but the lack of proper sourcing decreases the credibility of their writings.”
Translation: We could not find a single untruthful thing published on American Liberty Report, but because they are not wearing an official journalism badge from an accredited leftwing journalism school, and because they are right-wing *sniff* icky conservatives, we hate them.
Who knew that a fact-checking algorithm could wear a dorky sweater vest? Thanks for the fact check, Google!
Liberals want to strangle the internet so that they can, in turn, strangle you for demanding that the truth hold supremacy over the left’s mad desire for power. Because of the internet, we know that Hillary Clinton had a seizure on camera, that she collapsed at the 9/11 memorial in 2016, that Donald Trump’s rallies were massive, that Trump’s popularity is not our imagination, that China poses a greater threat to America than Russia could ever hope to, and that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. Without the internet, all we would be left with are hunches that everything is not on the up-and-up with our glorious President-for-Life Hillary.
The left will hold fast to a lie for decades if it serves their purposes. Take the execution of Bay Lop during the Tet Offensive in the Vietnam War as one example. This may seem like ancient history, but if you are in Generation X or older, you were lied to almost your entire life about a Pulitzer prize-winning photograph.
The photograph shows a South Vietnamese general blasting Bay Lop in the head with a revolver as Mr. Lop cries and begs for his life. It’s one of the most famous photos ever taken. Liberal history books, the liberal news media and liberal history teachers trotted this photograph out every single time that they wanted to lecture us about the Vietnam War.
Just look at the savagery of America’s allies. Look at the fear on poor little Bay Lop’s face as that barbaric South Vietnamese war criminal, allied with American soldiers, executes him in the street. Why, the little fella’s wearing a flannel shirt, just like any American boy!
If you sat through one of those talks in history class, you were probably surprised to learn on the internet, decades later, that this was a complete and total lie. Bay Lop was the leader of a Viet Cong assassination squad. Little Bay Lop and his buddies would dress up in civilian clothes (a war crime), waltz into South Vietnamese villages when all the men were out fighting (a war crime), and then rape and execute all of the unarmed women and children (a definite war crime).
Bay Lop was captured after he had just filled another mass grave with women and kids. The South Vietnamese general who righteously blew Bay Lop’s brains all over main street was fed up with burying women and children who had been executed by the flannel-wearing assassin.
Your history teacher failed to mention that even the photographer who snapped the picture always refuted the liberal lies about Bay Lop. No one in the media wanted to listen.
In the establishment liberal narrative, communist Bay Lop was the innocent victim, while America and our allies were the villains.
How would you have refuted that story before 1998? The truth is, you couldn’t. Before the internet, Americans were stuck believing things that simply were not true, unless they listened to Rush Limbaugh.
Today, lies like this from the establishment, the media, the Deep State and our liberal communist wannabe overlords, can be instantly refuted by anyone with the truth. You can even refute liberal lies on Facebook and Twitter for a few minutes before they censor you. Millions of Americans are onto the elites’ scam where they want to control our lives by feeding us a falsified “truth” that has their approved journalism stamp on it.
Look at the lies about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh for a more recent example. By all accounts (except one), Brett Kavanaugh is a perpetually nice guy. He feeds the homeless in his spare time, has a beautiful family, and was the sole dissenting voice that opposed Obamacare in a 2012 lower court decision. He’s awesome.
But the left looked at him and decided, “Hey, let’s try that #MeToo thing that worked against Roy Moore just a few months ago. We need a woman we can give a big sack of money to, who is willing to claim that Kavanaugh got all handsy with her decades ago. Not Keith Ellison handsy, but more like Al Franken handsy.”
All of a sudden at the eleventh hour, allegations of an attempted sexual assault 35 years ago when Kavanaugh was in high school have surfaced. This fake “fact” didn’t surface during the Senate confirmation hearings, including the behind-closed-doors hearings. The FBI took one look at the anonymous letter and yawned.
It was clearly a vicious liberal smear job from the get-go, but no one in the MSM has even questioned it. They want the accuser to have her day in court, so they can torpedo Kavanaugh’s nomination. Preferably, without offering Kavanaugh a chance to speak in his own defense.
Unfortunately for liberals, truth flies faster than their lies on the internet. The accomplice to the attempted attack has already refuted it. He describes it as “nuts” and says the incident never happened. 65 female classmates wrote a letter stating that Kavanaugh was an absolute gentleman to them in high school.
What other truths have surfaced, which you will never, ever see on CNN? Oh, Kavanaugh’s mother was the judge who foreclosed on the accuser’s parents’ home years ago. No grudge or motivation there.
The accuser is a far-left activist professor from California named Christine Blasey. She signed a petition opposing the wall and has donated cash to Hillary Clinton, the DNC and the DCCC.
After she decided to come forward and accuse Brett Kavanaugh of a horrific attempted crime 35 years later, she spent the weekend deleting all of her social media accounts. She has zero credibility, but the left will hold up her lies in order to try to keep Brett Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court.
Have you seen any facts about this woman and her biases anywhere in the media? No – because the truth is only here on the internet.
Which is why the left hates freedom of speech and hates the internet. They can’t lie to us and get away with it any longer. Keep that in mind when you hear their next plan for restoring “net neutrality” or imposing “fairness” on the internet. They don’t really mean it.
