Loretta Lynch Continues to Attack Democracy

Of all the failings of the Obama administration and the American left, one that seems to be standing as the worst is the infamous Loretta Lynch. The current Attorney General is not just incompetent, she is dangerous.

On many occasions in her short time in the position, she has abused her power to flout justice and illegally push liberal agendas. She regularly ignores science, reason and the letter of the law in any way that suits her.

The impact of her actions are extremely far reaching, and she just may have done enough damage already to secure another difficult decade for this country. If you thought her worst act was editing Allah and other Islamic sayings from the Orlando shooting transcripts, wait until you see her real crimes.

The Clinton Debacle

The amount that Loretta Lynch has failed in regards to the Hillary Clinton investigation is staggering. While she has tried to play the neutral party, she has made it clear that she never intended to pursue justice in a clear and frank violation of the law.

Then there is the secret meeting with Bill.

It’s pretty obvious that the Attorney General should understand the concepts of conflict of interest and compromising situations, but the most damning part of that mistake was what she said afterwards.

It was only at the conclusion of the secret meeting that she publicly stated that she would blindly follow whatever recommendation was put forward by the FBI. It’s plainly evident that part of the secret discussions made it clear that she had a safe out to avoid indicting Hillary.

All of that aside, she has shown a dereliction of her duty. The Attorney General is responsible for making sure lawbreaking of this magnitude is brought to court.

The director of the FBI made it very clear in his statements that there was plenty of evidence to indict Mrs. Clinton. It is a felony to negligently handle classified data, and in the director’s own words, “There is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

Regardless of his recommendation (which was probably made under duress), he told the American people in clear English that there was enough evidence for a court case. It is the Attorney General’s sworn duty to take that evidence to a court of law and seek justice. That she has failed to do this is nothing short of blatant corruption.

ExxonMobil

Most Americans have been under the impression that Loretta Lynch has had a mostly quiet career in her position. While media attention may have been light before this year, her failings reach back farther.

In 2015, Lynch spearheaded a campaign against ExxonMobil. While the company is as imperfect as any human endeavor, they should be protected by the same rights as any other corporation.

Instead, the Department of Justice has launched a smear campaign that has included illegal use of law enforcement resources to forge statements on the company’s behalf. The attack is infringing the rights of the business in the attempts to bring down an opponent of the Obama administration’s climate change policy.

Ultimately, they are looking to use excessive fines to siphon money away from third-party research that shows compelling evidence against global warming and into the coffers of Goldman Sachs, one of the biggest contributors to Democratic campaigns.

Rather than support alternative research, a key practice in science, Lynch is using her power to bully opponents into submission.

State Sovereignty

Loretta Lynch jumped head first into more controversy this year when she attacked North Carolina’s notorious bathroom law. The state government made small changes to the law to make it more fair and constitutional, but because it opposes the liberal agenda (completely legally mind you), Lynch has devoted the resources of the Justice Department to attack it head on.

Rather than prosecute obvious criminals, Lynch feels the best use of her resources is to deny science and logic in an attack on a state’s right to self-regulate.

Keep in mind that the controversial bathroom law simply states that regulation should follow the laws of biology in an attempt to protect would-be criminals from exploiting women and children in a vulnerable place. It in no way violates the rights of any group, but instead relies on objective classification to try to treat everyone fairly.

Still, this is how the Attorney General spends her time when the country is threatened by the potential of a presidential candidate who has flagrantly violated the law with no signs of remorse.
