President Trump dubbed the fake news media “The Enemy of the People.” The press have hounded him for saying this, but they have just proven him right.
In an unprecedented and coordinated attack on the office of the President of the United States, the left-leaning biased mainstream media executed a simultaneous attack on the President starting last Thursday. More than 350 newspapers across the country ran anti-Trump editorials.
What’s worse is that they openly conspired to do so. The Boston Globe was the ringleader in this attack. Earlier last week, the anti-Trump newspaper openly called for this simultaneous attack.
This open conspiracy to suppress the president’s opinions about major media outlets that have disgraced America’s once-revered ethical standards will have lasting implications. The end result may not be what this class of elitist and so-called “journalists” expect considering the slander and bias perpetrated by the mainstream media.
Trump Correctly Called Out Unethical Media
The feud between President Trump and the media began long before he took the oath of office. As a high-profile billionaire and celebrity, he was routinely subjected to false reporting.
In what many consider unprecedented bravado, candidate Trump fought back during the run-up to the 2016 elections. Rather than scramble to placate the attacking liberal media, he went on the offensive. That stance may have vaulted him to the front of a crowded GOP primary field.
CNN, quickly called the main culprit of the “fake news” media by Pres. Trump, was called out for underreporting the size of massive Trump rallies. The pro-Democrat network touted Hillary Clinton and seemed to have her allegations about GOP racism, sexism and xenophobia on auto-repeat. It became all too clear that the left-leaning media had picked a side and were party to liberal attacks on conservative Americans and candidates.
The curtain was pulled back by Trump. Any appearance of an impartial news media has been stripped away.
Since then, major media resources such as the New York Times, Washington Post, ABC, NBC, and CNN have been caught red-handed running false stories. None of these instances of fake news hit against liberals or Democrats. This fake news was no accident, the media had become a propaganda machine the likes of which you’d expect in North Korea, China or the former Soviet Union.

False Reporting and National Security
President Trump had not yet taken the oath of office when CNN ran a photo claiming the ceremony was under-attended.
In hindsight, America learned the “fake news” outlet took the picture before the entire crowd had filtered through security. The strategy had been tried-and-true for the pro-Hillary network that omitted or under-counted sold-out Trump rallies during the campaign. That was just the beginning.
- ABC falsely reported Pres. Trump ordered Gen. Michael Flynn to contact Russia. The stock market took a nose dive based on the claim.
- Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey used go-betweens to make anti-Trump leaks to the media.
- CNN orchestrated a photo-op to stage an anti-Trump protest in London. They literally gathered a group and falsely made it appear there was an organized effort.
- CNN was caught falsely reporting that Pres. Trump had ties to a Russian investment fund in an effort to push the false Russian Collusion narrative.
- The New York Times was forced to publish a retraction for long-held lies about “17” intelligence agencies confirming Pres. Trump was involved in Russian election meddling. There were only three agencies reviewing the baseless claim.
- New York Times reporter Ali Watkins has sex with government sources for classified information. The company did not fire her.
These are just snippets of a sustained effort by unscrupulous media outlets to purposely mislead the American public. The non-stop biased attacks on facts has clearly left everyday Americans with an understanding that credibility has been lost. But the coordination by more than 100 media outlets demonstrates a concerted effort to undermine the president.
Media Attack on Pres. Trump Escalates
The latest effort to conduct an organized assault on the president will stand in infamy.
Led by the liberal Boston Globe, the editorial staff has reached out nationwide to enlist others to run strongly-worded articles denouncing Pres. Trump. More accurately, these op-eds are aimed at pushing back on the president’s observation that the media is estranged from the truth.
“This dirty war on the free press must end,” the Boston Globe’s appeal reportedly said. “Publications, whatever their politics, could make a powerful statement by standing together in the common defense of their profession and the vital role it plays in government for and by the people.”
The attacks leveled by the free — although no longer impartial — press claim that the president is less than truthful, and his words may instill violence. The op-eds are more ironic than anything considering the ongoing aggression toward the Trump Administration and violence suffered by conservative Americans. The reality of this effort by the liberal media is that they cannot see past their own bias.
By engaging in an organized effort against the president, they confirm sides have been chosen and their words are false propaganda. American patriots should thank the Boston Globe for unmasking the fake news media and shedding a spotlight on the truth. The fake news mainstream media is, in fact, “The Enemy of the People!”
