Supreme Court Traitors Rule that America Doesn’t Have Borders

Some conservatives are inexplicably praising Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch after a 5-4 decision in Sessions. v. Dimaya that will allow immigrants convicted of violent crimes to stay in America. Gorsuch ruled with the Democrat activists on the Supreme Court that the Immigration and Nationality Act was “too vague” as it was written by Congress.

Forgive us if we do not breathe a sigh of relief now that an immigrant convicted of rape cannot be deported. Plus, color us skeptical at the thought that Congress will rush right back into chambers to rewrite the law with more specificity now that Gorsuch and the leftwing Supreme Court traitors have ruled that America can’t even deport violent criminal aliens.

This decision stems from the case of a convicted immigrant from the Philippines named James Garcia Dimaya. Mr. Dimaya was convicted of felony burglary twice in the state of California. After his second conviction, the Department of Homeland Security decided that, perhaps, Mr. Dimaya had worn out his welcome in the United States and it was time for him to be removed.

Each felony burglary committed by Dimaya resulted in a one-year prison sentence and constituted an aggravated felony under both California and federal law.

The law as written by Congress defines a crime of violence as “an offense that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against the person or property of another.” (18 U.S.C. § 16)

There doesn’t seem to be anything fuzzy in that sentence, but Gorsuch and the liberal wing of the Supreme Court found it “too vague.” Perhaps they would understand that property crimes can be violent if they lived in neighborhoods where immigrants are liable to bash a person’s front door in with a sledgehammer or a crowbar, but as we know, Supreme Court Justices, Members of Congress and Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook do not live in those kinds of neighborhoods.

The coddling of criminal aliens is becoming almost too much to bear. Is there any crime for which America can still deport an immigrant? How about rape? Well, no, not according to Justice Elena Kagan who wrote the majority opinion, which Gorsuch agreed with. Rape would seem like a no-brainer red line when it comes to crimes that gain an automatic deportation for an immigrant, but not anymore!

According to the Department of Homeland Security, in reaction to the Sessions v. Dimaya decision, it will now be much harder to deport immigrants if they are convicted of rape, kidnapping or burglary. This statute has been the law of the land since 1965. Do we now have to allow every immigrant who deported for a violent crime back into the country now that the law has been overruled?

Immigration attorneys will let us know very soon, rest assured! Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in the dissent that scores of state and local statutes will also be overruled by this decision.

Congress could fix this mess, but it likely won’t until the American people elect 532 clones of Donald Trump to serve as Representatives and Senators in protest.

Why do we tolerate any crimes when it comes immigrants? If we allow them the privilege of entering the country to pursue the American dream, we should retain the ability to rescind that privilege upon the conviction of a crime, whether that crime is domestic violence, drunk driving, child rape, burglary or trespassing.

By claiming that the “crimes of violence” statute of 18 USC is too vague, Gorsuch joins the long list of globalists and elitists who think that America does not deserve to have borders. We have to take in the career criminals like James Dimaya because the corporate donors propping up congressional campaigns want cheap labor.

From the H-1B visa scam to illegal immigration to regular old garden-variety immigration, the American people are somehow morally obligated to shut up and accept massive numbers of immigrants. If we cannot rid ourselves of violent criminals because the progressives redefine violent crime to suit their interests, America is truly in dire straits.

The Supreme Court says, “Don’t worry, America. Your rape was a gentle rape, and your attacker meant no violence in the act because he was an immigrant. What you are feeling right now is simply the effects of diversity. You’ll get used to it. Just lie back, close your eyes and think of Valley Forge!”
