Trump Moves to Stop Fraudulent Asylum Claims from Fake Refugees

You’ve probably seen headlines in recent days claiming that President Trump has “ended asylum protections for migrants at the US-Mexico border.” This is rank propaganda. Trump has not taken protections away from anyone. He has closed a loophole that allowed illegal aliens to show up at our border pretending to be “refugees” to gain entry. Scary Nazi Trump has ‘ended asylum protections for migrants’… please.

Under the president’s newly revised rules, a person who traipses through several other safe countries before showing up at our southern border is automatically denied asylum. If you are a real refugee fleeing for your life, you would stop and claim asylum in the first safe country you encounter. If you hop on a steamer ship in West Africa, jump off the boat in Brazil and make your way to the US-Mexico border – dragging all of your luggage with you – you’re not a refugee.

The same goes for the wannabe illegals currently making their way here from El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua. Beto O’Rourke and other hysterical lunatics running for president in 2020 keep telling us that these Central Americans are “fleeing violence and oppression in their home countries.” What violence and oppression are these people “fleeing?”

The civil war in El Salvador wrapped up in 1992. The Nicaraguan Revolution ended in 1990. The most recent war that Honduras was involved in was the Iraq War – they sent troops there in the early 2000s as part of George W. Bush’s coalition forces. There’s no war raging in Central America driving the crisis at our southern border. Those countries are now fairly stable. They’re poor, but they’re in a lot better shape now than they were 30 years ago.

The Global Peace Index (GPI) report issued every year by the UN ranks the most dangerous countries in the world. Afghanistan and Syria are at the top of the list most years, as you’d expect. Honduras is the 41st most dangerous country in the world. Nicaragua is ranked at number 44 and El Salvador is number 51. Yet the fake refugees are walking through Mexico to get to our southern border. Mexico is the 26th most dangerous country in the world.

And here’s the real punchline. According to the GPI rankings, America is the 36th most dangerous country in the world. Thanks to Antifa’s domestic terrorism attacks and the wild west shootings in Chicago every weekend, America is statistically a more dangerous country to live in than Honduras, El Salvador or Nicaragua. If they’re truly “fleeing violence,” why are they traipsing through Mexico to get to America?

Mexico has to get its own southern border in check as part of the solution to this problem. The wall, of course, is the only foolproof solution. Mexico has been trying to get its southern border under control in order to avoid Trump’s tariffs. The government there has also agreed that it will keep Central Americans in that country while their obviously fake asylum claims are processed. Even that deal has some flaws that most people don’t know about.

This fact should be driving the American left insane, but the media won’t report on it. Mexico will take Central Americans who have tried to claim asylum in America – but it has drawn one line in the sand that it won’t budge from. Mexico flat-out refuses to accept any homosexuals.

If a Central American is claiming oppression due to being homosexual or transgender, they get ushered to the front of the line of people dropped off in the U.S. Mexico absolutely refuses to take them. They’d rather have tariffs imposed on all Mexican goods than accept a single trans person.

Anyway, I hope that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez jumps all over Mexico for its bigotry and homophobia. But we all know she won’t.

Zero percent of the people showing up at our southern border are actual refugees. They’re fake refugees, and Trump is trying to prevent these frauds from gaming the system to take advantage of us. Refugees are people that are legitimately fleeing violence and oppression.

We already have a different legal term for people who don’t have jobs and who hop on trains and buses to travel to a new place. It’s not “refugee.” The correct legal term is “hobo.” And Trump is trying to protect America from the march of the hobos.
