Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, who was supposed to be a Republican the last time we checked, has stabbed America in the back. In spite of all the damning evidence of Fulton County fraud that was unveiled last week, including the now-famous suitcase ballots, Kemp says the election was “fair and legal.” It’s almost as if Trump’s enemies are now daring him to cross the Rubicon. Just remember, loser Democrats: If Trump does cross the Rubicon, you’ll have only yourselves to blame. Here’s a history lesson for those who need it.
In a long-ago December in 50 BC, Julius Caesar was the most popular provincial governor in the Roman empire. The elites in the Roman Senate, the “Optimates,” hated Caesar’s guts. They had Caesar Derangement Syndrome. They declared that Caesar’s time was up as a provincial governor. And not only that, but they were going to make an exception to longstanding Roman law when Caesar left office.
For hundreds of years, provincial governors were immune from prosecution when they left office in Rome. But the Senate would make an exception for the deplorable Caesar, for the crime of being more popular and effective than they were. When he left office, they were going sue the pants off him, seize all of his lands and wealth, throw him in jail and probably execute him under Roman law.
The Roman Senate stood on the banks of the Rubicon River and yelled at Caesar on the other side, “Neener-neener, Literally Hitler! Time’s up, deplorable Nazi! You suck and we win, no matter how many rules we have to break or change to provide ourselves with such a satisfying victory!” (This is a paraphrase, so don’t quote me on it.)
So, in January of 49 BC, a new phrase entered the lexicon of Western Civilization: Crossing the Rubicon.
It never occurred to the Optimates that when you put a man’s back against the wall, tell him he has nothing left to lose and that you plan to destroy him by any means necessary, that man still has one last vote to cast.
This all sounds sort of familiar, doesn’t it? The elites in DC have made no secret of the fact that they plan to upend all of American history in order to destroy Donald Trump if he leaves office in January. They will prosecute him, bury him in lawsuits, seize his hotels and his wealth – they may even try to execute him for “treason” if they get their way.
Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Ivanka and Jared Kushner are all on the chopping block as well, in addition to friends and associates of President Trump. Our lovely, elegant and talented First Lady Melania will be stripped of her US citizenship and deported back to her birth nation of Slovenia. Does any of that sound far-fetched? It shouldn’t, since the Democrats have been openly saying they’re going to do this for four years.
Caesar violated longstanding Roman law when he crossed the Rubicon with one of his legions, sparked a civil war and captured Rome. Trump would not have to violate any US laws if he “crosses the Rubicon” within the next few weeks. All he has to do is invoke the Insurrection Act, declare martial law in the six contested states, and have the National Guard oversee a fair and open do-over election. With paper ballots and purple ink on every voters’ fingers.
Here’s the relevant text from 10 USC § 253 of the Insurrection Act of 1807:
“The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection.”
The relevant sections are in boldface. Do we have a conspiracy on our hands? Oh, you bet we do.
Voting machines that shave a percentage off of Trump’s votes and add them to Biden’s totals: Check. Suitcase ballots with no chain of custody: Check. Every swing state stopped counting votes at the same time on election night (coordinated effort): Check. Mathematically impossible ballot dumps that went 100% for Joe Biden: Check. And on and on. This was a coordinated conspiracy, so it falls under the Insurrection Act.
Did that conspiracy deprive the residents of those states of a right guaranteed under the Constitution? Absolutely. It deprived them of their sacred vote.
Are the constituted authorities of the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona and Nevada failing or refusing to protect that right? They absolutely are. Some of the Republican-controlled legislatures are making half-hearted efforts to try to claw back their electoral votes. But the governors, secretaries of state and the courts?
When Governor Kemp in Georgia stands there and claims that this was a “fair and legal” election, he is refusing to protect Georgians’ right to vote. The same goes for all the other individuals, legislative bodies and courts that are refusing to uphold the law. They have abdicated their authority, so it is now Donald Trump’s duty to protect our sacred right to vote.
President Trump’s enemies are all standing on the banks of the Rubicon, shouting, “Neener-neener, we’re going to erase the voting machines and declare victory!” How’d that work out for the Optimates?

Or will it be poor non-working people? Our Governors are doing their best to destroy small businesses this year, and looks like they will continue their attack well into next year. We never were able to get the manufacturing jobs back into the US over the past 4 years, because Congress wasn’t cooperating with the President, which essentially told the manufacturers that they could drag their heals. If we don’t manufacturer things, then we do not create any wealth for our Government to tax. If they don’t have tax revenue, they will have to continue to de-value our currency by continuing to print more despite no productivity to support the printing of the additional cash… at some point there will be no value left. It is hard to be the “working” poor when there is no work.
If the Courts and the State Legislators are all a part of this scheme as they appear to be, then Trump either needs to do something drastic, or the majority needs to finally stand up and revolt while there are still resources to support a resolution. If the majority revolts, they probably need to get nasty just like the liberal special interest groups have been during their peacefull protests, but instead of targetting businesses it should be homes and offices of elected representatives and executive level bureaucrats. Somebody needs to get this party started before Biden is sworn in, or it will never happen at all. We will never experience an honest election if the dems go unchecked this time. There is more at stake here than just one election, if we loose this country will never see an honest election again.

I have definitely found a pro-Trump website. The problem I have is that President Trump did not campaign in the big cities, Philadelphia, where I live, is basically a one party city; whoever wins the Democrat primary becomes the mayor, District Attorney, whatever, so there is lots of corruption, and Republicans for years have been too weak to fight back. Liberal, socialistic ideas reign in the schools and in the media. In 2008 I was a poll watcher in East Germantown, and the score for President was Obama 501, McCain 3. It is conceivable that the 5 county Philly area overcame the lead Mr. Trump built up from the rest of Pennsylvania. In 2018 formerly Republican Congressional seats in Chester and Delaware counties went Democrat. Rush Limbaugh, to whom I have listened for 29 years, should have left sunny Florida occasionally and worked to have a bigger impact in Detroit, Philly, Milwaukee, or Atlanta. If Ted Cruz thinks he has a case for the Supreme Court, I trust him. The Election shall take place in the second week of July, from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00 Central Time.
The opening times of Voting Offices shall be open for Voters from 6 :00 am to 8:00 pm each County, and these Offices shall be guarded by Federal Officers around the clock, from 25 June 2021.
All Voters’ Registers are to be updated, by 31 March 2021, for deaths, moves, age, disqualifications, incl. mental incompetence (Voting is an Act of Competence and Freedom – BOTH FACULTIES MUST BE PRESENT!).
– Each Voter shall appear in person and with proof of Identity, incl. portrait
– Each Voter has ONE Vote only!

– Help can be given to such persons by Notaries to certify their Identity, in presence of one witness; these persons must be registered with the Election Office and are responsible for safety and transport of the respective ballots at all times.
– Ballot Harvesting by party members and officers, employees or any other person is a criminal offence.
– Help can also be given to physically handicapped persons by friends, social officers, members of caring services, et al, to bring these Voters safely to the Voting Office – but they cannot accompany them further!
The Presidential Election 2021, replacing the one of 2020 shall not move the previous timeframe for Presidential Election, but the incumbent President shall remain in office, with his powers untouched, until the President Elected is Inaugurated and takes Office – which is to be on Midnight 31 July/1 August 2021. And that Presidency shall end, as previously set, by 20 January 2025.
Declaring an Insurgency could have been enacted before, as long as rioting was used by one party as election campaign. The question remains, of course, if those were not Acts of Insurgency, comparable to the acts of Biden and Obama’s fascist allies in Kev in 2014, also including threats of Armed Insurgency (as it was not the Government that shot on the Maidan but Biden’s friends).
