The 2020 presidential election was held one month ago now, and America is in limbo because the establishment globalists are trying to keep the rightful winner out of office. Only a liar or a fool says there is “no evidence” of Democrats committing 2020 election fraud. Good grief, Trump supporters have identified 17,327 people in Michigan who have had their obituaries published in the newspaper that voted. Only a coward says, “But what am I supposed to do about it?” If you haven’t done so already, you should begin bracing for the possibility of a very ugly December and January as Trump’s victory gets sorted out.
I’ve mentioned this earlier, but if this election had taken place in any other country – any other country – the United Nations would have blue-helmeted troops on the streets as it administered and oversaw a do-over election. Our own State Department would be in the mix as part of the deal. We used to laugh when we watched elections like this take place in other countries. The UN shares a mutual hatred with Donald Trump, so it’s not offering to help in this situation. The UN likes the result. The crooks there know they’ll be able to get more money out of a Biden administration, and he’ll go back to never holding them accountable.
So… that means it’s up to us, folks.
Trump has already issued warnings to this effect. There are multiple legal paths for Donald Trump to remain in office for his second term.
Trump’s legal team has presented its overwhelming fraud evidence in multiple states and laid out the remedy. The Republican-controlled state legislatures in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada must claw back their constitutional authority to seat electors on December 14. When the results are tainted with fraud, this is the duty of a state legislature.
Both President Trump and his attorneys have used that word, and they’ve not used it lightly: Duty. The president is warning the legislatures that they are obligated to step in and represent us – we the people. Everyone knows this was fraud. It’s literally their jobs to represent us now, by not allowing a fraud “election” to stand.
Trump has also issued a warning to the courts: “I’m the President of the United States. If can’t get my case heard by the Supreme Court, then… what is it?”
Indeed. What is the US Supreme Court if it sits this one out by refusing to hear a case from the president? The courts also have a duty to provide relief in this situation. There’s that word again: Duty.
Those are the last sort of legal, constitutional remedies for this situation. If the state legislatures and the courts won’t sort it out, we have one more option. Think of it as the Thomas Jefferson option, if you’d like:

Both General Thomas McInerny and the recently pardoned Gen. Mike Flynn have endorsed a plan by which President Trump would invoke martial law and hold a do-over election, under the supervision of the military. This might be the “nuclear” option (speaking metaphorically), but it appears that Trump’s enemies are daring him to do it. The alternative is civil war.
The country won’t be able to withstand four years of Kamala Harris’s tyrannical rule, during which the Democrats make DC and Puerto Rico states, pack the Supreme Court and make universal mail-in voting the law of the land. She’ll be an illegitimate fake president. Do you think the #Resistance of Antifa was a nuisance? Wait until our side starts to throw down.
President Trump delivered what he called his “most important speech” ever. If you listened to it closely, he has no intention of conceding to the fraud. He has issued the warnings to the legislative and judicial branches on what their duties are in this situation. Now he’s letting us know that he will do his duty in the end, even if those other responsible parties will not.
We should all be preparing our families for the possibility that Trump will do his duty and force a do-over election. Top off your preps if you haven’t already done so. A do-over election is absolutely necessary, in my opinion. I agree it should be in-person WITH I.D. U.S. Citizens ONLY with proof they live in the area where they are voting. They must be alive at the time of voting. If they cannot physically get to the voting location a legal vote representative should get to them to take their legal vote. The last time this happened was the 1876 election which resulted in a House election of Hayes. Each state (DC and territories are excepted) has ONE vote. Currently there are 37 states controlled by Republican legislatures, more than enough for a majority under the 12th Amendment, to vote for Trump.

It is time to pull the trigger and hold a re-vote in all contested states. This is a minimum standard. A more truthful scenario would be a national re-vote. If the Biden team truly received 80 million legitimate votes, they should be able to repeat this outcome. When I saw the stench of this fraud filled election continue to grow and smell worse daily, with people from everywhere coming out to step up and say what they had personally witnessed, I realized the Constitution had been “tread on” and our forefathers were spinning in their graves! I have been stating in comments we should have a election “do over” and I stand by that! I know it takes time, is trouble and expense but, it is far from the most foolish money America has wasted on different things! I will add, with our nation so evenly divided, it should be just as important to the Dems to try and prove they won fair and square as it is for the GOP to prove “we were robbed” and the election was stolen! I say do the election over, if the Dems believe in their victory they should want to shush people up by proving it with a new election!
The fault for this mess belongs to the election procedure experts! Elections should be conducted exactly the same in every elections office in America with procedures in place and people of impeccable character from both parties there to oversee and prevent cheating, fraud and mishandling of ballots, etc. so the integrity of a fair election cannot be called into question! Both parties should require and demand fair elections! If they don’t, why not? It would have to be because they intend to steal every election possible! CONGRESS CAN AND MUST WRITE LEGISLATION AND PASS IT INTO LAW SO THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!

This could be avoided if the SCOTUS were to hear the case and vote on it. Assuming the court agreed the states were in violation of their own voting laws, thus disallowing the electoral college to award the 270 votes to either candidate, the The US Constitution dictates the rede my. If SCOTUS finds the Election laws were valid then most citizens would less likely to rebel, but should continue to protest the current methods used in this election . Loading the SCOTUS with more judges is not the solution, it will invoke more corruption within the SCOTUS

Martial law would not allow for a re-election, unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge. If it allowed re-election—or if it allowed exposing and cancelling the fraudulent election results in any other way—I would be all for it in the current situation. Country is stolen from people.

Rerunning the election will show the Democratic Party the number of fraudulent votes cast for Biden. However, I don’t see Biden on the ticket the 2nd time around because he will be exposed for his part in the election fraud and compromised by China before a new election. I am confident the executive order on election interference will be invoked Dec 18-21st allowing SCOTUS to hear the case on merit that will stop Biden in his tracks.
