After Michigan’s 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer gave permission to release the forensic report of 16 Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, a bombshell report revealed an astonishing 68 percent error rate. Investigators claim the software system intentionally creates errors, allowing individuals to edit results.
Allied Security Operations Group, the firm that prepared the report, noted, “We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.” Despite Dominion’s public statements denying glitches or errors, the forensic report verified the software’s ability to be manipulated nationwide in the 2020 election.
Keep in mind, the Michigan audit took place following a Biden win of more than 2,500 votes in the small Republican county. Two days later, the county reported an alleged software glitch, flipping the original total of 9,783-7,289 for Joe Biden to 9,748-5,960 for President Trump.
The original report claimed the software problem was connected to a failure to make needed software updates. However, the Allied audit and other forensic experts have now shown evidence against this story.
Dominion immediately dismissed the audit. Instead, they played victim of an attacking Trump base, stating they are part of a “continuing malicious and widespread disinformation campaign.”
The Antrim County Dominion audit has widespread implications for the 2020 presidential election. The voting machines are used in 30 states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, the key battleground areas under dispute following massive voting spikes toward Biden in the early morning following election night.
Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project involved in many of the election legal cases across battleground states, noted in a news release, “The error rate detailed in this report has implications for every state where we have litigation, and it comes on a day when officials are blocking legislators from having their say about elections in their states.” Kline also added, “This joins with other compelling evidence that the elections in these states cannot be certified under the law.”
Yet Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson released a statement contradicting reality: “If the Trump campaign had any actual evidence of wrongdoing – or genuine suspicion thereof – they could have requested a hand recount of every ballot in the state…. They did not, instead choosing to allow shadowy organizations claiming expertise to throw around baseless claims of fraud in an effort to mislead American voters and undermine the integrity of the election.”
Contrary to her words, Trump’s legal team and others have already called for this exact request. A full statewide hand count is the only way to genuinely determine the winner of Michigan’s electoral votes—and the votes in other battleground states.
Despite Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s attempts to block access to Republican electoral college voters and dismiss any evidence of election fraud, the evidence clearly indicates the need to further investigate the state votes. Further, the report should cause a decertification of Michigan’s vote pending a hand recount of legal votes.
Regardless of the votes of the Electoral College on December 14, Trump legal experts continue to challenge the election results of multiple states involved in widespread fraud. Though mainstream media continues to argue such efforts are futile, the growing evidence shows the need for ongoing proceedings.

Yes, someone is lying about the fraudulent votes. Mail in ballots could be easily obtained and fraudulently counted. I’m sure that there are lots of people in the U.S. who may have needed a mail in ballot, but that does not include my father-in-law who has been dead for 15 years, yet received a request form for a mail in ballot in the mail at my house, where he never lived. And since a voter registration can be obtained by anyone, I’m sure that many immigrants, legal and illegal, were allowed to vote because they have drivers’ licenses. That angers me as I spent two years in the U.S. Army to qualify for citizenship and never attempted to vote illegally before acquiring citizenship.

I’m in my mid 70s and totally agree with you. If Biden won fair and square, I might not like it, but I would accept it. I do not accept it in it’s present form. There is proof and Trump’s team doesn’t even seem to get a hearing on that evidence. What bothers me more is that SCOTUS wouldn’t hear his case. This latest proof of the machine’s ability to be tampered with should be brought forth in a court of law and if shown to be intentional, those involved should be tried for sedition. It seems Trump is not getting his due process. I am not saying that Biden is not the winner, nor am I saying that Trump is. I am saying that this mess, created by the democrats needs to be cleared up before any winner should be declared. There are a couple of ways to do this. One, is to put out a ballot that only has Biden and Trump on it and used only in the contested states and hand counted. This could very well lead to a postponement of an inauguration. Another solution is to hand count every ballot in every contested state for both mail in ballots, to check for signatures and post marks and any tampering with as well as hand counting from any Dominion machine. That too could take time. Better to be late with the final results than to inaugurate the wrong person. Of course the third option is to let congress do their job in cases like this where the house votes for the president and the senate votes on the vice president, which of course could lead to a 2 party executive office if the house voted democrat and the senate republican. Interesting point in history we are looking at and it’s not a good look.
The suggested re-vote would be necessary (with proper ID before voting & actual signature on the ballot to support auditing and recounts). If we did a recount of the existing ballots what would it prove? When the signature is separated from the ballot and there is no identifier to tie the signature to the ballot being recounted, and we perform the necessary signature verification, and we determine whether the same signature or person any other ballot in the same county, a different county or a different state, how do we know which ballot(s) to throw out? People will scream “disenchantment of voters” if you throw out ballots that cannot be tied to a specific fraudulent signature or other fraud perpetrated by a voter.
This is exactly the problem that is allowing these judges to dismiss all allegations instantly. They know that many of the things that are happening to manipulate the vote cannot be proven by anything other than witness testimony, and they seem to be ignoring all witness provided affidavits. It is interesting that the voting system (at least in my region of Michigan) has been set up in a manner that would not allow a proper audit or investigation.

Many of us feel that there were illegal votes cast by dead people in some cases, by legal and illegal immigrants, by people who voted more than one time, and by poll workers who double counted Biden ballots and discarded Trump ballots. Just because MSNBC and CNN don’t want to publicize these alleged voting fraud instances, that doesn’t mean that all is kosher in the results. The Court has ruled correctly. Just think how you would go for it if I came to your house and told you your ballot is being thrown out and the ballots of friends, neighbors and relatives are being reviewed because you voted incorrectly and that is fraud.
You fail to ever ask the question of just why the court did not allow the “evidence” in all these cases. One big reason the evidence is not allowed is the filer has no standing and there is no case as was the case in this case.

At this point, the most sensible thing to do to put this fraudulent election to rest once and for all is to schedule an in person revote in all states where the dominion voting machines were used (all 32 of them) with the requirement of each voter proving his/her name, address and citizenship before being allowed to vote. This is the only way we will know for sure that the election is done without corruption. This must be done with a hand count overseen by both a republican and democrat poll watcher at each counting table. I am sure that there would be enough American citizens who would willingly volunteer to assist with this. I for one would be happy to volunteer. Otherwise, our country is spending a fortune with ongoing investigations which seem to be blocked every step of the way which never may reveal who is the American voters choice for President.

I would recommend the US Senators request an immediate report of the software configuration for each Electronic Voting Machine to preserve the evidence. The data must be collected manually, IE Prohibiting the voting machines from any internet connection so the evidence can not be altered before the data collection.

I am just as mad and disillusioned as all of you. When the federal district judges and, unfortunately the SCOTUS refused to rule on most all of President Trump’s cases, the lawsuit brought by the state of Texas, and some of Sidney Powell’s lawsuits brought against Dominion, et al, for the critical must-win states, my immediate thought was a second presidential election, regardless of how it turned out. We must be sure the right candidate won, regardless of cost or inconvenience. Yes, there most likely were fraudulent votes cast in other state/federal races; i.e., senate, house, local, etc. I believe the most vital election requiring immediate re-vote is the Presidential election. We cannot let such blatant fraud continue. It will only get worse. We will address other possible fraudulent elections when situations deem it so.

They are mandating things that are not supported by any evidence, or science, which means that they are illegally depriving citizens of their constitutional rights/privileges. This is a practice that must end. The supreme court needs to step in, and put an end to this. It is their job.
A part of the courts job is oversite, and if someone or some state is violating the constitution, then the court should step in, whether there is a complaint or brief filed in a lower court or the high court directly. If the court is not doing this then the court is not doing the do diligence it is suppose to do, to protect the constitution. And if the court is not going to do its job then it is up to we the people to do the job, and if we have to do the job then we just as well fire the court, we are the only ones that can. It makes no difference if a judge is conservative or liberal if the judge does not follow the constitution. The constitution was not put there to protect the legislature, the administration, or the court, it was put there to protect we the people, by putting in guide lines for the government to follow. When the government does not want to follow, then the government has to go. I think that the court gets so tongue tied with the literal meaning of the law that it forgets what its job is.
Since officials in a number of states have taken it upon themselves to make laws with out the legislative bodies in those states, that the constitution gives the legislative bodies the power to do. They are ignoring the constitution, and need to be reigned in. It is past time for the SCROTUS to do its do diligence, and step in, if the SCROTUS does not wish to do so, then we the people will have to do the job of the court, and we will not need the court.
Liberals think that they can change the laws just by wishing it, and that is wrong. That is the way kings and queens and tyrants rule, and that is why our forefathers wrote the constitution, to keep the corrupt from getting in power in government. That is why we have come to the point of needing to set term limits and to remove immunity that protects those that would try to abuse their position by creating greater transparency in the government.
