Happy Chinese New Year to Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-CA)! And a regular Happy New Year to everyone else. Since it’s a festive time of year, we also want to send a hearty congratulations to Kamala Harris (D-CA) now that she has started serving a new session in the United States Senate for some reason. We are entering one of the most important historic weeks for America that we have seen in any of our lifetimes – and this week could define our nation for decades to come. So, I thought it was worth reviewing something that Donald Trump said back when the vote fraud first happened.
Trump has said from the very beginning that if there is an audit of the votes and it shows that Joe Biden clearly, fairly and openly won 80 million votes, he would concede that very day.
Not a count or a recount of the votes. An audit.
This seems like the easiest challenge in the world, which the Democrats should have eagerly jumped at. After all, the Democrats and the media have been in full “Get Trump” mode for more than four years.
They’ve wanted to be rid of Trump so badly that they had the FBI spying on him before he had even defeated Crooked Hillary in 2016. (I’ve suspected all along that they were spying on him even before he won the nomination that year.) They cooked up the Russian collusion hoax to try to take him out. They impeached him over a phone call.
No trick was too dirty and no conspiracy theory about Trump was too kooky. They would have done anything imaginable to get rid of him. It seems like an audit would have been the simplest thing in the world and then they’d all be able to sleep at night once again.
Simply audit the votes in the swing states and you’re rid of him, Democrats! It’s like the best Christmas ever! Go for it!
And yet… looking closely at the ballots is the absolute last thing that anyone on the left wants to do.
If you’ve taken a break from politics for the past two weeks (and no one could blame you if you did), then you likely missed the testimony of Jovan Pulitzer before the Georgia legislature last week. It was truly electric.
Mr. Pulitzer is a very sharp cookie. He invented the Q-codes that your smartphone scans and which are ubiquitous in nearly every country in the world. If you’ve ever checked in at an airport using your phone instead of an old-fashioned paper boarding pass, you’ve used Mr. Pulitzer’s technology, even if you don’t know who he is.
Pulitzer’s firm is asking for the right to conduct an audit of the paper ballots used in Georgia’s election. The evidence he presented to the Georgia legislature was nothing short of incredible. He showed the lawmakers mail-in ballots that were sent to Republican voters versus ballots sent to Democrat voters and asked some straightforward questions.
Why did Republican ballots in Georgia have a clearly visible bar code in the top right corner – while ballots sent to Democrat voters do not have a bar code on them?
That’s a hell of a question.
Why are the scan code lines surrounding the mail-in ballots out-of-sync on Republican ballots, but perfectly lined up on Democrat ballots? (Answer: So the counting machine would be unable to read ballots from Republican voters and would spit them back out to be adjudicated.)
For good measure, Mr. Pulitzer’s team then hacked into a Dominion voting machine over WiFi, as he was testifying before the Georgia legislature. That’s supposed to be literally impossible, because the machines are not supposed to be able to connect to the internet at all. So, all of the usual suspects have been lying to us about that all along.
The Senate meets this week to count the Electoral College votes. Challenges to the swing state votes will be mounted by nearly every Republican in the House and by at least a dozen Republican Senators. No court, from a lowly District court all the way up to the Supreme Court, has had the courage to even look at the evidence. Every case from Trump’s team has been dismissed “without standing.”
The courts have not done their duty. The state legislatures have not done their duty. We shall see whether Congress will do its duty.
If all of those institutions fail us, there is still one individual with the authority and the duty to preserve the sanctity of our elections. He has offered his enemies every opportunity to come clean and do the right thing – and they won’t even take him up on his offer to conduct an audit of the votes. It’s about to get… very interesting.
Pray for our nation at this time. Be of good cheer. And be ready.
We Saw Mr Pulitzer on Tv last night he was very impressive. I told my husband he better have someone watching his back. I do not trust these democrats as far as I can through them & at 83 yrs young that is not to far.

Hi Kathleen: I noticed that also. However, after thinking about this I came to the conclusion that Mr. Pulitzer was accounting for two different locations. What I mean is that in one location the county had no bar codes on Democratic voted ballots, while in another county the officials purposely put uneven bar stripes on the Republican voters ballots so the machine would reject those. If you have any questions I can try to explain it better.

Read it again you missed. Two different ” bars”!
Bar codes were not used. QR scan codes, in the shape of a square, are used. The other lines were scan lines on the edges of the ballot meant to “authenticate” them as being legit. The QR code identifies that specific ballot as unique so it can be checked against all others to be sure there was no copy made of it. Without that scan code present on the Democrats ballots, they can’t identify them but they pass through because the other scan lines are acceptable. Nice gimick.

If you would simply watch his testimony you would understand. All four edges of the ballots have black boxes which are used by the scanners to know where to read the actual markings which were made as votes by the voter. These were misaligned on Republican ballots. The republican ballots also had a complete barcode b sides these alignment boxes that was missing on Democrat’s ballots.

I watched Mr. Pulitzer’s testimony. The ballots have bar markings in a border around the entire page that the computer is supposed to read that are separate from the individual bar codes supposed to be printed in the upper right hand corner of the page. The Democrat ballots had no bar codes in the upper right hand corner of the page, while Republican ballots did have the bar codes printed on them. When the side by side analysis of the border codes were made, you could clearly see that the Democrat ballots aligned with the computer scan and could be identified and read, however the Republican ballots were printed off-set, out of alignment with the computer’s scan causing them to be rejected. Look up the Georgia Senate committee hearing on YouTube and watch the testimony. I challenge anyone with an open mind to watch the entire hearing and not come out of it with serious doubts on the integrity of the elections held in not only Georgia but the other swing states as well.

It said that the scan codes did not line up. Those are the little ovals that get filled in when you make a selection. If they aren’t in a straight line, the scanner cannot read them.
Is pretty simple really. Most of Joe Biden and the Democrat ballots were manufactured in New York and shipped in the middle of the night to all these states and they weren’t able to barcode them and the machine was obviously programmed not to care!

There was a dot or “target” on the D ballets that aligned with reader on the ballot reader but it was misaligned on the R ballots. A printer error? Maybe or…. but it should be examined for collusion.
There should be a warrent for the President of Dominion in Michigan for lying to the committee, and he surely did. He also should answer another question. Did he know that the tech person in charge of helping with questions about the machines was an active member of Antifa who swore to stop Trump?

I have seen the videos from Pennsylvania Georgia and Arizona that they tracked the vote tallies and it shows votes being removed from Trump and in many those votes being transferred to Biden. The over vote in Pennsylvania is over 200,000 that’s 200,000 more votes than registered voters and the swamp votes put president Trump ahead of drooling Biden by around 1 million votes just in Pennsylvania. Biden lost this election and lost it by a lot. I know that more states votes were switched like New Mexico, New Hampshire, Vermont and Illinois. I believe Biden didn’t get 60 million votes if all states were to be audited and Trump would have over 80 million.

I’ve also read Senator Cotton’s concerns about setting up precedents in Congress for the Democrats to legally use to subvert the Constitution . On the other hand the Democrats are already doing the very things that Senator Cotton is concerned about. Without any legal precedents ! The Electoral College is supposed to protect the smaller states from being overwhelmed by the larger states. Primarily by being able to act independently. However , the Democrats have manipulated the state laws so that the Electoral College is no longer able to act independently. Which is exactly what happened with President Trump in 2016. Since then , the various state laws have been changed so that by law the Electoral College is committed to who ever has the majority vote in each state. On the surface that seems fair since it works that way for any political party.

The all or nothing electoral vote within a given state is clearly not in the spirit of the Constitution. The electoral vote should supply voice to the under-represented. Michigan is a prime example. There are conservative people all over the state (not necessarily Republicans, but conservative). They try to run their communities well and help people within their communities without the need for government interference. They send their tax money into the State, and almost all of that money is expended in Lansing (where the politicians are), Detroit, and the Detroit Metro area. Detroit, Flint, Lansing, and Saginaw are poorly run pits & have been for a long time, but they have a higher population concentration and liberal values. So all of the better run conservative communities’ electors would vote differently if the crappy “win all” rules were not in place… rural areas have taxation without representation & urban areas have an endless flow of money, but are still $hitholes generation after generation. Now tell me who in their right mind wants to be forced to follow the leadership of the corrupt $hitholes, just the politicians since it is easier to hide their slight of hand amongst thousands of financial transactions in an urban area than it is to hide fraud & corruption in a small community that only has hundreds of transactions each year.

I wonder about the Civil War idea that you nd others have discussed. It is possible, I guess that people will be fighting their neighbors and family members again, like in 1863-65. I had a great grandfather who fought on one side while his brothers fought on the other side during the Civil War both were from Virginia. Now my own twin brother and I are on different sides on the political ideals of today. I wonder though if members of either side are willing to physically fight. An example is what happened to Josh Hawley’s family yesterday while he was out of D.C. His wife and newborn baby were harassed in their own D.. C. house . A similar thing happened to Mitch McConnell a while ago in Louisville. I think Mitch is physically afraid for his own and his wife’s family. There is a weak link in this plan to steal the election and that is Eric Coomer. He should be subpoenaed to appear before Congress under oath as to testify as to the integrity of the election. Dominion swears the machines can’t change votes but that claim has been discredited by hackers who have proven they can be. Under oath he may have a change of opinion.

While Trump is still in office he should have all of the mail-in ballots from contested states seized by the secret service and postal inspectors and moved to a secure site under guard 24/7.
A cross section of observers should be chosen to observe the forensic examination of the mail-in ballots.
All cell phones, cameras, recording devices are banned except for on site surveillance/security devices.
Mr. Pulitzer’s firm/personnel should be vetted prior to allowing access to the ballots for examination.
Ballots should be examined by an agreed upon order by state.
All devices/equipment used shall be thoroughly examined and any computers used cannot transfer/receive any data from any remote source. Tamper proof seals should be placed on machine housings to ensure integrity.
All witnesses, staff, forensic examiners should be sequestered. No results of a state ballot examination to be revealed until the forensic audit is completed for that state. No leaks, No twisting of facts.
Any irregularities in the ballots subject to revue by the Department of Justice, Secret Service, etc.
