It sure is great to see how our FBI and intelligence agencies are still working so diligently to track down all of those Russians who hacked our democracy in 2016. And by “hacked our democracy” I really mean, “hacked the DNC emails and John Podesta’s email account, for which Podesta used ‘password’ as his password.”
I’m hoping that someone can help me out with a bit of a headscratcher. And don’t worry, I’ll set the bar extremely low on this one: Please share with me the name of one – just ONE – Russian who was involved in the 2016 “hack” of the DNC. I’ll wait.

That’s weird. At least, to me it’s weird. You’d think by now that we would have seen at least one pesky Russkie’s name come up. In fact, other than some Russian entrepreneurs who spent $100,000 on Facebook advertising political T-shirts in 2016, it’s impossible to locate any information on any actual Russians who were doing anything in America in 2016.
It’s almost as if there were never any Russians to begin with!
And according to two nonpartisan, independent, third-party security experts who have examined all of the DNC files published by WikiLeaks in 2016, that is exactly the case. Former NSA Technical Director Bill Binney and CIA analyst Larry Johnson have spent the past three years poring over those DNC files.
Most of us could look at the raw DNC files until the cows come home and never notice anything, because we don’t have the level of expertise of Mr. Binney and Mr. Johnson.
I’ll try to explain Binney and Johnson’s findings in layman’s terms. The raw email files from the DNC that were posted by WikiLeaks have a ton of metadata in the background.
Yeah, this is about to get really nerdy – but it’s important, trust me. Digital files such as emails have gobs of information in the background that most of us never see. When you move a file from point A to point B in cyberspace, lots of tagging information gets attached to it in the background.
Because WikiLeaks posted raw email files from the DNC, all of that background info – metadata – is there. If you’re a big enough computer nerd, you can look this up for yourself to check their work.
Let’s assume that the “hack” took place exactly as the mainstream media, the Democrats, Mueller and everyone else who hates President Trump claims it did. The metadata would show that those raw files had been transported from the DNC server (point A) to a remote hacking site in Russia (point B).
But the metadata doesn’t show that.
Binney and Johnson can even determine the speed at which the files were transferred from point A to point B. Oddly enough, the speed at which the files were transferred was faster than any internet speed available in Russia or the US. The only way to transfer a mass of data files at that speed is by loading them directly from the source (point A, the DNC server) directly onto a thumb drive/memory stick that is plugged into point A.
In addition, all of the WikiLeaks raw files have what’s called a FAT file classification tagged to them, which rounds the time of the data transfer up or down to the nearest second. That classification is only used on thumb drive/memory stick transfers.
Here’s Bill Binney’s conclusion: “It looked like the CIA did this, and that it was a matter of the CIA making it look like the Russians were doing the hack.”
Binney continues: “All of the evidence we’re finding is clearly evidence that the Russians were not in fact hacking; it was probably our own people.”
*Cough, cough* Or Seth Rich. *Cough, cough*
You’d think the media would be interested in talking to Binney and Johnson about their findings, but because it conflicts with the narrative that RUSSIA “hacked our democracy,” no mainstream media outlet including Fox News has ever interviewed them about this.
One bit of good news is that all of Binney’s findings have been put into a sworn affidavit in the Roger Stone case, so the information will continue to percolate out there.
In the meantime, ask yourself this question: Where are all the Russians who supposedly hacked our democracy? We knew who the 9/11 hijackers were within hours of those attacks. Anytime there is a mass shooting, we have the identity of the shooter within hours. But here we are years after the 2016 election, and in what is supposedly the gravest threat to our democracy – Russian election hacking – our “intelligence” agencies still haven’t identified any Russians.
