Terrifying Details on What Daily Life is Like in Seattle’s “CHAZ” Zone

By now, you’ve heard about the occupied territory in Seattle. It has been dubbed the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, or ‘CHAZ.’

You’ve probably also heard incredibly mixed reports about it. According to CNN, it is an unarmed, peaceful protest with lots of armed people committing violence. Seattle’s own mayor compared it to a summer block party with a mellow, music festival vibe.

Unfortunately for CNN and Seattle’s liberal officials, journalists are outing their lies. They tell quite a different story about things that are happening inside the CHAZ. No matter how bad you’ve imagined things are in CHAZ without any police or rule of law, it’s actually worse.

According to Seattle PD, 911 calls in the CHAZ region have tripled since the mob took over. This includes all types of calls. Theft, violent crime, fires, medical calls and anything else you can imagine are mixed into that statistic, and every type of call has increased. One thing we can say with confidence is that the CHAZ region has become significantly less safe since it declared autonomy.

But, that’s not surprising. Nor is the next part. There is no Bill of Rights in the autonomous zone right now. You’ll notice that you haven’t seen any nighttime reporting from official news outlets. That’s because there’s a media blackout. The right to a free press does not exist in the occupied territory, and nighttime recording is not allowed.

Similarly, there is no right to property, due process or freedom in general. Multiple businesses have reported that armed occupiers extorted them for cash. Many people accused of having the wrong belief system have been chased and beaten in the streets. It’s an absolute free for all, but this is all still what you expected.

In fact, part of the true darkness of CHAZ won’t surprise you, but the sheer scale of it is sickening. It comes down to rape — not sexual assault, but violent rape. You would expect such violence to peak without the presence of law enforcement, but it’s worse than you imagine. In fact, guess a number. How many rapes per 100,000 residents do you think have happened? Here’s a hint. The country with the worst statistic in the history of countries that actually count rape is 95 per 100,000 in a single year.

There is no official police presence, so we can only go with unconfirmed accusations, but there are so far 19 credible allegations of rape in the CHAZ zone. At the time of this writing, the territory has been occupied for just under two weeks. We know that the population of CHAZ is less than that of all of Capitol Hill, but we’ll use the Capitol Hill population to make this point: 31,000 people. That means that in less than two weeks, CHAZ has hit a rape rate of 60 per 100,000 people. If no one was ever raped there again, it would be the third-most sexually violent country in the world.

If that rate continued for a year, CHAZ would experience 1,552 rapes per 100,000 residents, annually. That is 16 times worse than the worst year for the worst country in history. There are places in Africa where militaries are literally ordered to commit sexual violence en masse. Those countries have lower incidences of sexual violence than CHAZ. In fact, it’s well over 10 times more violent.

You always knew that Marxists wanted to rape their homelands, but you probably never realized how literally. CHAZ is a place of unmitigated evil. Anyone who cares about the safety of women or individuals has to stand against this insurrection. Every day that we indulge these violent radicals, more Americans get harmed.
